First wheelchair user to be sworn in as city's lord mayor
Big news for the city centre, folks! Our very own Councillor William Shortall is set to make history as the first wheelchair user to take on the role of Lord Mayor of Liverpool. What an extraordinary honour for him, and for all of us!
